Group Head

About the Role

We’re looking for a Group Head / Project Lead to take charge of our content management group. This is a leadership role for someone who not only knows how to manage people and projects, but also thinks strategically, builds scalable systems, and strikes the right balance between creativity and business goals. We're after someone who can inspire, coordinate, and isn’t afraid to dive into the details when needed.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading a team of content producers, while regularly collaborating with copywriters, content creators, UX designers, and graphic designers

  • Contributing to the development and execution of creative concepts — from banners and campaigns to brand launches

  • Planning, executing, and tracking project deliverables, timelines, priorities, and resources

  • Optimizing workflows, distributing workloads, and fostering team growth

  • Working closely with marketing, product managers, and analysts

  • Running content analytics: defining metrics, testing hypotheses, making data-informed decisions

  • Managing the CMS: overseeing content plan execution, publishing, and technical improvements

  • Participating in strategic planning

  • Pitching and defending ideas to internal stakeholders

  • Helping evolve the brand's Tone of Voice and contributing to brand guidelines

 

What We Expect from You

  • 3+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, Group Head, or Team Lead in a creative environment

  • Solid understanding of online casino, gamification, and promotional mechanics

  • Strong project management skills: agile/kanban, timelines, deadlines, and task prioritization

  • Hands-on experience with content production: texts, landing pages, emails, push notifications, SMM, etc.

  • People management expertise: team development, one-on-ones, feedback, motivation

  • Ability to assess whether visuals and text meet business goals, formats, and brand identity — from push notifications to full landing pages

  • Confident communicator with stakeholders of all levels, from C-level execs to contractors
