
Support Specialist (Bangladesh)
What You'll Be Doing:

Communicating with players from Bangladesh via online chat and messengers;

Assisting users with basic questions related to gameplay, account access, and bonuses;

Forwarding technical issues or complex requests to the appropriate departments;

Providing friendly, timely, and clear responses in Bengali and English;
-
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and adhering to communication standards;
-
Collaborating with the team to improve the quality of customer support.
What We Expect from You:

Fluent Bengali (native-level proficiency);

Basic to intermediate English skills;
-
No prior experience required — we’ll train you from scratch;

Knowledge of Russian is a plus but not mandatory.
