Support Specialist (Bangladesh)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Communicating with players from Bangladesh via online chat and messengers;

  • Assisting users with basic questions related to gameplay, account access, and bonuses;

  • Forwarding technical issues or complex requests to the appropriate departments;

  • Providing friendly, timely, and clear responses in Bengali and English;

  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and adhering to communication standards;

  • Collaborating with the team to improve the quality of customer support.

 

What We Expect from You:

  • Fluent Bengali (native-level proficiency);

  • Basic to intermediate English skills;

  • No prior experience required — we’ll train you from scratch;

  • Knowledge of Russian is a plus but not mandatory.
