
Payment Specialist
What You'll Be Doing:

Handling tickets related to payment operations;

Collecting and processing payment lists;

Managing balances in line with business logic;

Monitoring daily automated payouts and resolving discrepancies;

Testing new payment methods and participating in payment provider integrations;

Contributing to the optimization of payment processes — automation, improved reconciliation, and reporting;

Working with data via analytical tools to analyze conversions, anomalies, and trends;
-
Escalating complex cases and collaborating with support, finance, development, and key stakeholders;

Providing technical support for the payment infrastructure and working closely with tech teams.
What We Expect from You:
-
2+ years of experience in fintech, e-commerce, online banking, PSP, or iGaming, preferably in an operational/payments role;

Strong understanding of the payment lifecycle and common issues with payment finalization;
-
Confident working with financial calculations, analytics, and spreadsheets;
-
Familiarity with Postman, ticketing systems, and basic SQL queries is a plus;
-
Experience in testing payment methods and documenting bugs clearly and structurally;
-
Excellent communication skills — you'll be regularly collaborating with technical, product, and business teams;
-
Attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to react quickly in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
